Your music stays on your Mac

Privacy Policy. Last updated: September 11, 2026. This policy covers AI Song Mastering UA version 1.1 and this website.

Who is responsible

Yossarian Malewski, ul. Wandy 14/4, 03-949 Warszawa, Mazowieckie, Polska is the provider and controller of personal data processed for this website and our support service. Contact [email protected] about privacy or your data rights.

Audio and data in the Mac app

The app reads the files and folders you select, processes audio locally and writes new WAV files on your Mac. It does not upload your recordings to us or use them to train AI models. No separate app account is required.

The app does not send us usage analytics or an audio library. Settings, folder-access permissions, transaction identifiers and credit balances are stored on your Mac. You control your local audio files. Deleting local app data can also remove stored settings and credit balances; read the purchase guidance first.

Apple purchases

Apple processes downloads, payments, subscriptions and refund requests under Apple's privacy policy. The app checks purchase access on your device using Apple's purchase service. We do not receive your full card details or Apple Account password.

We can access the sales and reporting information Apple makes available to developers. If you contact us about a purchase, we also receive the details you choose to send. These are separate from your audio files.

Support and other messages

When you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments, and your name if supplied. We use this information to answer questions, investigate faults, handle complaints and respond to privacy or legal requests. Sending audio is not required for ordinary use of the app.

We rely on performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract for product support and purchase questions; legitimate interests for general correspondence and investigating misuse; and legal obligations where a request or record is required by law. Provide only the information relevant to your request.

Website hosting

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Connection and security data can include an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. Processing necessary to operate and secure the site is based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable website. See Cloudflare's privacy information.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and link clicks, including clicks on our contact and App Store links. This can include page and link addresses, referring pages, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. The analytics concern the website, not the audio you process in the Mac app.

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not limit access to the website. Your choice is stored in this browser until you change it or clear the site's browser data.

You can withdraw consent or choose again below. Changing your choice reloads this page, stops the current analytics session and removes this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not automatically delete information already sent to Google.

For details of Google's handling, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Who can receive personal data

Our hosting and email providers process data needed to deliver the website and handle messages. Google receives website analytics only with your consent. Advisers or authorities may receive information where necessary to meet legal obligations or handle a dispute. We do not sell your personal data.

Providers may process data outside Poland and the European Economic Area. Where a transfer requires safeguards, the relevant arrangements include applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long data is kept

Your data protection rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, subject to the conditions of those rights. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to identify the relevant records and verify the request. We cannot access or delete audio stored only on your Mac.

You may complain to your local supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office: UODO.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our data practices change and show the revision date. Any new use that requires your consent will be presented before that processing begins.
