Terms of use

Using AI Song Mastering UA

Last updated: September 11, 2026. These terms explain the service, purchase access and your responsibilities when using the app.

Who provides the app

Yossarian Malewski, ul. Wandy 14/4, 03-949 Warszawa, Mazowieckie, Polska provides AI Song Mastering UA. For product support or a complaint, email [email protected]. For legal notices, use [email protected].

Licence and availability

The app will be distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store and is licensed under the standard Apple End User License Agreement. App Store transactions are also subject to the Apple Media Services terms applicable to your country.

These product terms supplement those agreements. They do not replace the standard Apple licence or restrict rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

What the app provides

The app processes existing stereo WAV files locally on a compatible Mac. It offers PRO and Golden Master profiles, song and album processing, loudness controls, quality checks and new WAV exports. Check system and file requirements before purchasing.

Paid export access

Single Track covers one successful song export. Album Pass covers one successful folder export of up to 12 tracks. Pro Yearly covers unlimited exports while the subscription is active. Lifetime Pass provides unlimited local WAV export access without a subscription or expiry date.

The purchase terms explain repeat exports, credit use, annual renewal and the scope of Lifetime Pass. Apple displays your local price before payment. We do not sell purchases through this website.

Failed or cancelled processing does not consume a credit or pass. Restoring purchases does not replenish used credits. Credit and pass balances are stored on your Mac; read the restoration guidance before deleting local app data.

Your recordings and rights

You retain the rights you already hold in your source and output audio. You must have permission to process the material and, if you release it, to publish and distribute it. For AI-generated music, this includes the terms of the generator used to create it.

Mastering does not create copyright ownership, clear samples or license someone else's voice or music. Version 1.1 does not issue ACC certificates, assign ISRC codes or write ACC metadata.

Results and file care

Results depend on your source audio and settings. Listen to the output and review quality warnings before releasing it. Automated mastering cannot correct every recording or generation problem, and a technical check does not guarantee acceptance by a distributor or streaming service.

Original files are kept, and exports are saved separately. Maintain your own backups of important audio. These practical limits do not remove your rights if the app fails to conform to its description or applicable legal requirements.

Support, complaints and refunds

Contact us about faults, missing purchase access or other product complaints. Include the app version and a description so we can investigate. Apple processes payment refund requests; our refund page explains the steps. This does not prevent you from exercising statutory rights against the responsible party.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains local audio processing, purchase information, support emails and optional website analytics.

Updates to these terms

We will update this page when the service or its terms change and show the revision date. Changes will not retrospectively remove purchased entitlements or statutory consumer rights.
