This is a standalone Mac app, not a DAW plug-in or a browser mastering service. There is no Windows, iPhone or iPad version.
Working with your music
How do I master a song or album?
Select a stereo WAV or a folder containing your songs, choose PRO or Golden Master and set the final loudness. Choose Process. If you do not have export access, the app offers the purchase options. After export, use Before and After to compare the result.
Which profile should I choose?
PRO provides stronger correction for material that needs more tonal and loudness control. Golden Master is gentler, for mixes that already sound balanced. Both are included with every purchase option. Neither is a separate paid upgrade.
Where is my mastered file?
It is saved beside the original, with the profile and loudness target in its name. For example: My Song_AISMUA-PRO_-14.0LUFS.wav. Your original stays in place. Changing the profile or target creates a differently named output; an existing file with the same output name is not silently overwritten.
Can I process more than 12 tracks?
Yes, with Pro Yearly or Lifetime Pass. An Album Pass covers one folder export of up to 12 tracks. A folder within that limit can also use one Single Track credit per track when you have enough. See how export access works.
Why did I get a quality warning?
A warning asks you to review a measured property of the result, such as peak headroom after AAC conversion. It does not mean that a distributor has accepted or rejected your track. Listen to the result. If peak headroom is the issue, consider a lower loudness target; another successful export uses another credit or pass unless you have unlimited access.
What if processing fails or I cancel?
A failed or cancelled process does not consume an export credit or Album Pass. Check the message, file format, folder permissions and available disk space before retrying. Contact us if the problem continues.
What does ACC Later mean?
ACC is not an active feature in version 1.1. This version does not issue certificates, assign ISRC codes or write ACC metadata. The information shown in the app is not a service included in your purchase.
Purchases and restoration
Download on the Mac App StoreLink scheduled to work from 22.09.2026.
For an active Pro Yearly subscription or Lifetime Pass, sign in to the Mac App Store with the Apple Account used to buy it, connect to the internet, and choose Restore Purchases in the app.
Single Track credits and Album Pass balances are stored locally on your Mac. Used credits are not restored. Do not assume unused balances will transfer to another Mac or survive deletion of local app data. Contact support before resetting those data or if a paid balance is missing.
If a purchase is pending, wait for Apple to confirm it. If you have been charged but access is missing, send us the purchase type, app version and a description of the issue. Never send your Apple password or full payment-card details.
Subscriptions and refunds
Manage or cancel Pro Yearly through Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For a charge you want Apple to review, follow the refund steps.
